This project was done as a major supporting piece for a new product launch. The product was known as "Cafe H." This foodservice niche product was an authentic line of ethnic proteins and sauces that capitalized on today's Mexican and Italian flavor trends. The video, transferred to CD-ROM and videotape, was designed to give a great deal of information to the sales force that allowed them to better sell this value added line of product.
